What You Can Expect :

Du bearbeitest Service- sowie Supportanfragen im 1st und 2nd Level von IT- Kollegen und Endanwendern.

Außerdem analysierst du technische Probleme im Microsoft-Umfeld (Windows, M365, Teams, etc.) und findest passende Lösungen.

Darüber hinaus wirkst du an der Optimierung von Supportprozessen und am Knowledge-Management mit.

Auch bei der Einführung neuer Tools und Technologien bist du aktiv dabei.

Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen IT-Fachbereichen gehört ebenso zu deinem Alltag.

What You Bring:

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder Service Desk sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Technologien und modernen Arbeitsplatzlösungen bringst du bereits mit.

Erfahrung in der Anleitung neuer Kollegen wäre wünschenswert.

Kommunikationsgeschick und Serviceorientierung sind für Dich selbstverständlich.

Eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zählt ebenfalls zu deinen Stärken.

Mit deinen sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen bewegst du dich auch im internationalen Kontext sicher - weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil.

Außerdem bringst Du die Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Rufbereitschaft mit.
