Ihre Tätigkeiten:

Sie unterstützen unseren Kunden mit folgenden Aufgaben:
 
* Durchführung von Break fix-Swap Service, Installation, Request Fulfilment, Beratung und individuelle Unterstützung (Events-Reisen-Beratung-Training etc.) 
* End-to-End-Support für alle nominierten ES-Nutzer für Incident und Request 
* Single point of contact dedizierte Techniker mit Rufbereitschaft 
* Änderungen an Geräten, Betriebssystemen und Anwendungen möglich Anwenderschulung und Support für neue Geräte 
* Remote Support 
Anforderungen:
 
* Mind. ein Jahr Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position 
* Gute Kenntnisse in IT Infrastrukturen und in den aktuellen Microsoft 
* Kenntnisse im Microsoft Office Bereich (Outlook etc.) 
* Kenntnisse in PCs, Notebooks und Drucker 
* Gute Kenntnisse im Netzwerkumfeld 
* Erfahrungen mit Cisco sind von Vorteil 
* Gute Deutschkenntnisse und Grundlagen in Englisch
