Was ist zu tun?

Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen im 1st und 2nd Level-Support
Verwaltung, Betreuung und Rollout von Clients, Laptops, PCs und Mobile Devices
Planung und Umsetzung von Software-Updates und Sicherheits-Patches
Überwachung und Steuerung des IT-Lifecycle-Managements
Mitwirkung bei der Server-Administration und im Identity-Management
Administration und Betreuung von Microsoft 365
Unterstützung bei Netzwerkbetreuung, Monitoring und kleineren Konfigurationen
Betreuung und Administration von Zutrittssystemen, Videoüberwachung und Smart-Building-Systemen
Unterstützung des Facility Managements bei IT-nahen und elektrotechnischen Aufgaben
Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Dienstleitern
Erstellung von Dokumentationen, Handbüchern und Schulungsunterlagen

Was erwarten wir?

Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker/ in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im IT-Bereich
Idealerweise zusätzliche Ausbildung im Elektrotechnikbereich
Erfahrung im IT-Support und Servicedesk
Kenntnisse im IT-Betrieb sowie im Rollout und Lifecycle-Management von IT-Arbeitsplätzen und Anwendungen
Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
