  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support, inklusive Fehleranalyse und Problemlösung
  • Betreuung der Frontend-Systeme wie Notebooks, PCs, Drucker, Scanner und Multifunktionsgeräte
  • Bearbeitung von Nutzeranfragen und Tickets
  • Administration und Weiterentwicklung der eingesetzten IT-Systeme, inklusive Nutzerverwaltung und Zugriffsrechteverwaltung in Azure AD / Active Directory
  • Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten und Migrationen
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Administration von Windows-Clients und gängigen Frontend-Systemen
  • Kenntnisse in Azure AD / Active Directory
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Administration von Microsoft 365 (z. B. Microsoft Intune) sowie Druckern, Scannern und mobilen Endgeräten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
