  • Teams als IT-Supporter (m/w/d) Was erwartet Sie: Betreuung der
  • Anwender bei IT-Anfragen und Problemen im täglichen Betrieb (1st/2nd
  • Level Support) Verantwortung für Client Delivery (Beschaffung,
  • Installation und Auslieferung von Hard- und Softwrekomponenten)
  • Management von Berechtigungen (Active Directory, Flieserver,
  • Printerserver etc.) Beschaffung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme von
  • Druckern Erstellung von Installations-, Anwender und
  • Betriebsdokumentationen Mitarbeit in IT-Infrastruktur Projekten Was
  • erwarten wir: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Umfeld oder
  • verleichbare Qualifikation Erfahrung im Bereich Support/Helpdesk und
  • Microsoft Clients (Windows und Office) Rasche Auffassungsgabe sowie
  • eine strukturierte, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise Teamfähigkeit und
  • ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit Was bieten wir: 30 Tage Urlaub,
