Unser Kunde ist ein renommiertes Unternehmen mit einer modernen IT-Landschaft und mehreren Standorten in Deutschland. Für den Standort im Münchener Osten liegt der Schwerpunkt auf einem zuverlässigen Vor-Ort-Support, um stabile IT-Services und effiziente Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft sicherzustellen. Daher suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen IT-Supporter (m/w/d) mit Start in der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung.

Aufgaben:

  • Administration und den Betrieb der internen IT-Services
  • Koordination externer Dienstleister bzgl. Support und Projekten
  • 2nd und ggfs. 3rd Level Support für interne Services
  • Ticketbearbeitung über ServiceNow und Jira
  • Administration in der Microsoft Umgebung

Kandidatenprofil:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinfomatiker für Systemintegration
  • Strukturierte, umsichtige und gründliche Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Serviceorientierung
  • Gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Administration im Microsoft-Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
