Wir sind eine Personalberatung und Private Arbeitsvermittlung und suchen für ein Großprojekt Hunderte neue Mitarbeiter in ganz Deutschland.

  • IT-Supporter (m/w/d)
  • Vollzeit
  • Das ist zu tun:
  • Entgegennahme von Anrufen + Emails und erfassen der Meldungen im Ticketsystem
  • Anfragen klären/wenn möglich dem Nutzer helfen (es gibt eine Wissensdatenbank; ansonsten Weiterleitung an den Second-Level-Support)
  • Das sollten Sie mitbringen:
  • IT-Ausbildung, Berufserfahrung, aber auch computeraffine Quereinsteiger
  • Kenntnisse im Microsoft Office Bereich
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Interesse an dieser spannenden Aufgabe?
