  • 40.000-48.000 Euro , einen IT-Supporter (m/w/d) Aufgaben Durchführung
  • von Technikereinsätzen Technische Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei
  • Rollouts Erstellung und Pflege von aktuellen Dokumentationen Aufnahme
  • und eigenständige Bearbeitung von Serviceanfragen und Störungen per
  • Telefon, persönlich und über OTRS/Topdesk Profil Erfolgreich
  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, z.B. als Fachinformatiker
  • für Systemintegration, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Erste
  • Erfahrungen in diesem oder einem ähnlichen Bereich sowie Kenntnisse
  • in Topdesk und OTRS sind von Vorteil Grundlegende Kenntnisse im
  • Bereich Digital Signage sind wünschenswert Perspektiven Möglichkeit,
  • im Homeoffice zu arbeiten Flexible Arbeitszeiten 30 Urlaubstage
