Im Kundenauftrag suchen wir im Rahmen unserer Dienstleistung der vermittlungsorientierten Zeitarbeit einen IT Supporter (m/w/d) Helpdesk am Standort Troisdorf.

  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Betreuung der Anwender im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
  • Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen
  • Installation und Konfiguration von Arbeitsplätzen
  • Pflege von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten
  • Dokumentation von Supportfällen im Ticketsystem
  • Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten und Rollouts
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich
  • Erste oder mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Support
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Serviceorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Problemlösungskompetenz
