  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Vor-Ort-Support für medizinisches und Verwaltungspersonal bei IT-Störungen
  • Annahme, Priorisierung und Bearbeitung von 1st-Level-Tickets
  • Einrichtung und Betreuung von Clients, Druckern und mobilen Geräten
  • Unterstützung bei Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung (z. B. Active Directory)
  • Fehleranalyse und -behebung in Windows- und Fachanwendungen
  • Eskalation komplexer Störungen an den 2nd Level
  • Mitarbeit bei Rollouts, Umzügen und IT-Projekten
  • Anwenderschulungen und Unterstützung im Systemumgang
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berührungspunkte im IT-Support
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse in Windows-Umgebungen sowie im Umgang mit IT-Hardware und Peripheriegeräten
  • Basisverständnis einfacher Netzwerkstrukturen wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Nutzerorientierung
  • Sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
