  • IT-Infrastruktur. Als Teil des IT-Support-Teams werden Sie an
  • vorderster Front stehen, um Mitarbeiter bei technischen Problemen zu
  • unterstützen, sei es per Telefon, E-Mail oder vor Ort. Sie werden eng
  • mit den Anwendern zusammenarbeiten, um effektive Lösungen zu finden
  • und sicherzustellen, dass der IT-Betrieb reibungslos läuft. Die
  • vorliegende Stelle ist im Rahmen der Personalvermittlung zu besetzen.
  • Aufgaben Anlaufstelle für Kunden Überwachung und Instandhaltung von
  • IT-System Entwickeln von Lösungen zur Störungsbeseitigung
  • Beantwortung technischer Kundenanfragen Profil Abgeschlossene
  • Ausbildung im Bereich Fachinformatik oder eine vergleichbare
  • Qualifikation Grundkenntnisse in der Administration von IT-System Gute
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit Berufserfahrung vorteilhaft Perspektiven 30
