## Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erstaufnahme, Analyse und Lösung von IT-Störungen (Tickets / Telefon / Vor-Ort-Support)
  • Durchführung von Arbeitsplatzinstallationen: PCs, Notebooks, Monitore, Drucker, Scanner
  • Betreuung der Telefonanlage sowie Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Telefon- und DECT-Endgeräten
  • Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung (z. B. in AD- oder M365-Umgebungen)
  • Dokumentation von Vorgängen und Pflege der Knowledgebase
  • Unterstützung im Asset-Management (Geräteverwaltung, Inventarisierung)

## Das zeichnet Sie aus:

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im IT-Support
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Windows 10/11 und Office 365
  • Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik und Hardware
  • Sie leben das MITeinander und arbeiten gerne vor Ort
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Freude an praktischer Arbeit und direktem Anwenderkontakt
