## MITWIRKEN: Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verwaltung, Betrieb und kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Systemlandschaft (Windows Server, Active Directory)
  • Administration und Weiterentwicklung der VMware ESXi Umgebung
  • Administration von Microsoft 365
  • Betreuung und Administration der Netzwerkumgebung
  • (u. a. Cisco , Meraki )
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Dokumentation
  • Planung sowie aktive Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten (z. B. Migrationen, Rollouts, Optimierungen)
  • Fehleranalyse, Störungsbehebung und Support im Second- und Third-Level

## MITBRINGEN: Ihre Macherqualitäten

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der System- und Netzwerkadministration
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Server , Active Directory/EntraID
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online
  • Erfahrung in der Administration moderner Netzwerk- und Firewall-Infrastrukturen
  • Linux-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, verbunden mit hoher Service und Verantwortungsorientierung
