IT-Administrator (M/W/D) | Ref.-Nr.: 218510
YOUR MISSION:• Identifizierung, Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen im First- und Second-Level-Support• Gewährleistung der Verfügbarkeit, Genauigkeit und Sicherheit von lokalen Systemen, Servern und Netzwerken• Administration von Servern, PCs, Laptops und mobilen Endgeräten• Benutzung und Pflege des Ticket- und Inventursystems, sowie der internen IT-Tools• User-Support bei der Installation, Konfiguration und Aktivierung von Software• Teilnahme an internationalen IT-Projekten
YOUR SKILLS:• abgeschlossene IT-technische Berufsausbildung, z.B. zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation• Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position wünschenswert• Erfahrung mit der Administration von Windows-Servern, Hyper-V Umgebungen, Clientadministration (Windows 10 / MSO365)• Verständnis für Netzwerkumgebungen• gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift• Teamfähigkeit, hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie Proaktivität und Lernbereitschaft• Reisebereitschaft
NICE TO HAVE: • Kenntnisse im Scripting (Powershell)• Kenntnisse Netzwerkadministration• Kenntnisse Linux• Kenntnisse AWS / Azure Cloudumgebungen
