## IT System Engineer (all)

### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du administrierst unsere hybride Microsoft 365 Umgebung – sowohl in der Cloud als auch On-Premises.
  • Du betreust mehr als 100 Windows-Server und Linux-Systeme mithilfe verschiedener Monitoring-Tools.
  • Du stellst den stabilen Betrieb unserer IT-Infrastruktur sicher und entwickelst Bereiche wie Server, Virtualisierung und Storage kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Du analysierst technische Störungen, identifizierst Ursachen und setzt nachhaltige Lösungen um.
  • Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich IT-Projekte und gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung unserer Systemlandschaft aktiv mit.
  • Du arbeitest standortübergreifend mit internationalen Teams zusammen und unterstützt die Bereitstellung globaler IT-Services.

### Dein Profil:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung.
  • Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows Server, Microsoft 365 und Microsoft Active Directory mit.
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit Virtualisierungstechnologien wie VMware oder Hyper-V sowie ein gutes Grundverständnis für Netzwerktechnologien.
  • Du arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert.
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer und hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch und Englisch.
