## Deine Herausforderungen

  • Durchführung von IT-Kundenprojekten bei kleinen und mittelständischen Kunden
  • Planung, Vorbereitung, Implementierung und Betreuung vorhandener und neuer IT-Systemumgebungen
  • Pre-Sales Unterstützung und Consulting
  • IT Support für unsere Kunden sowie die Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs und der Systemverfügbarkeit

## Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse und Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarem Aufgabengebiet wünschenswert
  • Praktische Erfahrungen im IT 1st- und 2nd-Level sowie wünschenswert im 3rd-Level Support
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrungen mit Microsoft Produkten (Windows Client- und Serverbetriebssystem sowie ADS, Exchange etc.)
  • Wünschenswert wären zudem Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrungen in einer der folgenden Bereiche:
  • Microsoft Azure und 365
  • Microsoft SQL Server, SharePoint, Terminalserver, Gruppen- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien
  • Virtualisierungstechnologien von Microsoft und VMware
  • Terminalumgebungen von Microsoft
  • SAN/NAS Storage FC/iSCSI Kenntnisse
  • Telefonanlagen, Router, Switch
  • Führerscheinklasse B
