Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n

### IT-System Engineer (m/w/d)

mit Schwerpunkt auf der Leitung und Betreuung unseres Rechenzentrums.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Leitung, Betrieb und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unseres Rechenzentrums
  • Sicherstellung der Hochverfügbarkeit, Performance und Sicherheit der IT-Infrastruktur
  • Planung, Implementierung und Optimierung von Server-, Storage- und Netzwerklösungen
  • Überwachung und Wartung der Systeme inkl. Patch- und Backup-Management
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
  • Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Koordination von Projekten
  • Dokumentation der Systemlandschaft sowie Weiterentwicklung von IT-Standards
  • Unterstützung bei IT-Sicherheits- und Compliance-Anforderungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, IT-Systemtechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung mit Fibre-Channel-Infrastrukturen wünschenswert
  • Hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Betrieb von Rechenzentren oder komplexen IT-Infrastrukturen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Virtualisierung (z. B. VMware, Hyper-V), Windows- und/oder Linux-Serverumgebungen
  • Erfahrung mit Storage-, Backup- und Monitoring-Lösungen
  • Fundierte Netzwerkkenntnisse (LAN, WAN, Firewall, VLAN)
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte technische Kompetenz sowie ein tiefes Verständnis für komplexe Systemarchitekturen
