## Aufgaben:

  • Wartung und Optimierung von TCPIP und VTAM im z/OS-Umfeld (Performance, Security, neue Parameter)
  • Betreuung zentraler Kommunikationsdienste wie FTP, SSH, TN3270, Sysplex Distributor, Netaccess, APPC, IBM Personal Communications
  • Konfiguration und Anpassung von Netzwerken auf dem Mainframe, regelmäßige Optimierung der Anwendungslandschaft
  • 3rd-Level-Support: Analyse, Troubleshooting, Firewall-, Trace- und Monitoring-Unterstützung bei Netzwerk- und Verschlüsselungsproblemen
  • Sicherstellung von Security-Standards (TLS-Level, Ciphersuites, Krypto-Algorithmen), zentrale AT-TLS-Konfiguration für Middleware und Anwendungen

## Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung der Informatik mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung im Mainframe-Umfeld
  • Fundierte z/OS- und Mainframe-Kenntnisse, sicherer Umgang mit TSO/ISPF und JCL, Erfahrung mit CICS, DB2, MQ, Verständnis von Sysplex-Umgebungen
  • Expertise in TCP/IP und VTAM auf z/OS sowie Kommunikationsdiensten
  • Erfahrung mit Netzwerkparametern und End-to-End-Konnektivität
  • Tiefgreifendes Wissen zu TLS/SSL, Ciphersuites, AT-TLS und Kryptographie
  • Monitoring, Analyse und Troubleshooting von Netzwerkproblemen mittels Tools und Traces
