Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

· Planen, installieren und konfigurieren von IT-Systemen

· Integrieren von Serversystemen und betreiben komplexer Strukturen

· Arbeitsorganisation, Projektmanagement

· Abwechslungsreiche, praxisbezogene Tätigkeiten auf verschiedenen Ebenen der IT

· Nutzersupport und die Problemanalyse

· Telefonate mit Kunden, Partnern, Herstellern und Lieferanten

· Organisation von Kundenveranstaltungen

· Vorbereiten von Kundenzertifizierungen

· Betreuung von Bestandskunden

· Beschaffungsvorgänge

· Projekt Controlling

· Erstellung von Projektabrechnungen

· Erstellung von Vergleichskalkulationen von Software-Lizenzen

Ihr Profil:

· abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

· sehr gute Office-Kenntnisse

· gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

· sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeit

· selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

· technisches Grundverständnis
