JOBPROFIL - Sie unterstützen den Kunden mit folgenden Aufgaben:
 
* First und Second Level Support 
* Betreuung und Unterstützung der Enduser bei sämtlichen IT-Problemen 
* Verwaltung von mobilen Endgeräten 
* Sicherstellung der Client Endpoint Security mittels Sophos Enterprise und Secure Works 
* internationales IT-Arbeitsumfeld mit regelmäßigen Get-togethers 
Ihr Profil: 
 
* Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position 
* Berufspraxis in Client Endpoint Security 
* Kenntnisse im Hardware Bereich der gängigen Hersteller 
* Kenntnisse in der Installation von Software Applikationen 
* Kenntnisse in aktuellen Windows Betriebssystemen 
* Kenntnisse im Netzwerk Bereich
