Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung und Mitarbeit im First und Second Level Support für
  • alle eingesetzten IT-Systeme
  • Administration von Salesforce (CRM) inklusiv der Schnittstellen zu
  • unserem ERP-System
  • Datenbankadministration, Konfiguration und Administration der
  • Server, Client- und Netzwerkumgebung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Planung, Vorbereitung und Umsetzung von
  • IT-Projekten, Rollouts und Migrationen
  • kontinuierliche Optimierung der lokalen technischen
  • Betriebsumgebung
  • Konfiguration und Betreuung der IT-Security

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung
  • sehr gute Fähigkeiten zur analytischen Fehlerbehebung,
  • ausgeprägtes logisches Denken sowie technisches Verständnis
  • fundierte Kenntnisse zu Funktionsbereichen in ERP-Systemen
  • Kenntnisse in Programmiersprachen (Backend, Anwendungen,
  • webbasierte Inhalte)
  • service- und lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln, ausgeprägte
  • Kommunikationsstärke
  • hohe Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
