  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der internen IT-Infrastruktur
  • sowie der zentralen IT-Komponenten (Netzwerk, Firewall, MS Office, etc.)
  • Systemadministration und Betrieb von Anwendungen auf Serversystemen und Security
  • First-, Second- und Third-Level-Support
  • Ansprechpartner_in für externe Dienstleister und Softwarehersteller
  • Persönlicher User-Support inhouse (inkl. Onboarding Hardware u. Software)
  • DEIN PROFIL:
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, IT-Lehre) oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt IT
  • Fundiertes IT-Basis-Wissen sowie erste Berufserfahrung
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Serversysteme und Netzwerktechnik
  • Analytisches Denken und Lösungsorientierung
  • Teamfähigkeit und hohe soziale Kompetenz
  • Eigenverantwortung und Genauigkeit
