  • Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für IT-Anfragen unserer Kollegen.
  • Betreust und verwaltest Endgeräte wie Windows-PCs, Macs und iPads.
  • Du administrierst Microsoft 365, Exchange sowie Benutzer- und Berechtigungssysteme.
  • Unterstützt bei der Wartung unserer Server- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur.
  • Du wirkst an der Optimierung interner Prozesse und Automatisierungen mit.
  • Unterstützt bei IT-Sicherheit, Systemstabilität und technischer Dokumentation.
  • Du bringst dich - je nach Erfahrung und Interesse - in spannende KI-Projekte ein.
  • DEIN PROFIL
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, Lehre) oder vergleichbare Erfahrung im IT-Bereich.
  • Bringst bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Support und in der Betreuung von Anwendern mit.
  • Arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert.
  • Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind angemessen, du kannst technische Inhalte verständlich vermitteln.
  • Kenntnisse in Softwareentwicklung, KI-Modellen, APIs oder Automatisierungstools wie n8n erleichtern dir deinen Arbeitsalltag.
  • WIR BIETEN
  • Für diese Position ist ein Mindestgrundgehalt von € 3.900,- brutto pro Monat vorgesehen, eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung möglich.
