  • Aufgaben:
  • Implementierung und Administration von Server-, Netzwerk- und Security-Lösungen bei Kund:innen

Betreuung von Bestandskund:innen - remote sowie vor Ort - gemeinsam im Team

Analyse und Bearbeitung technischer Anfragen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support (Microsoft-Umfeld)

Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten

System-Monitoring sowie Troubleshooting im laufenden Betrieb

Unterstützung des Helpdesks im Ticket-Handling und Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen

  • Anforderungen :
  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL, Studium oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung)

Mehrjährige Erfahrung als System Engineer oder in der System- bzw. Netzwerkadministration

Fundierte Kenntnisse in Firewall- und Netzwerksystemen

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows Server/Client und Microsoft 365

Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Gehalt:

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt beträgt EUR 3.954 brutto (Vollzeit, 38,5 Wochenstunden, KV IT 2026, ST1/Regelstufe). Abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine deutliche Überzahlung vorgesehen.
