Zum nächstmöglichen Termin sucht die Mediatechnik Baum GmbH einen IT-Systemadministrator/-in (m/w) in Vollzeit zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Erfurt.

Ihr Tätigkeitsbereich / Ihr Profil:

  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Systembetriebes, Gewährleistung ständiger Verfügbarkeit
  • Konfiguration, Überwachung und Pflege von vernetzten Systemen, sowie System- und Anwendungssoftware
  • Eigenständige Betreuung unserer mittelständigen Kunden im 1st und 2nd Level Support per remote oder vor Ort bei auftretenden Störungen (persönlicher Kundenkontakt)
  • Arbeit mit ERP-Software, SAP-Anwendungen, individuelle und Standard-Branchensoftware, Dokumentenmanagementsysteme
  • Eigenverantwortliche Analyse und Lösung auftretender Problemstellungen
  • Anwendungsbereites Fachwissen in Bezug auf Virtualisierungslösungen und Storage-Lösungen ist hilfreich
  • Administration von einfachen bis hin zu komplexen IT Strukturen aus Netzwerk- sowie Systemsicht
  • Arbeit mit den Systemlandschaften Microsoft Server, Linux Systeme sowie Unix Systeme in den verschiedensten Derivaten
  • Mitarbeit bei zentralen und dezentralen IT-Projekten, Konzepterstellung und -Optimierung
  • Analytische und systematische Vorgehensweise bei Wartungen oder Fehlerbehebungen der Systeme
  • Ein- und Verkauf von Hard- und Software
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen zur Zeiterfassung
