Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Betrieb, Administration und Weiterentwicklung einer komplexen Microsoft- und Virtualisierungsinfrastruktur
  • Sicherstellung des stabilen und sicheren Serverbetriebs inklusive Monitoring, Fehleranalyse, Troubleshooting und Dokumentation
  • Bereitstellung, Konfiguration und Optimierung virtualisierter Serverumgebungen
  • Unterstützung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Infrastrukturteams, insbesondere im Linux- und Netzwerkbereich
  • Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung von Störungen sowie Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen im laufenden Betrieb
  • Weiterentwicklung der Infrastruktur im Hinblick auf Automatisierung, Security/Hardening, Compliance und Standardisierung
  • Implementierung und Optimierung von Best Practices im Bereich Microsoft Server und Virtualisierung
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen sowie Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Systemlandschaft

Ihr Profil:

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Betrieb und in der Administration von Windows Serverbetriebssystemen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy (GPO), PKI, RDS, Failover-Clustering und ADFS
  • Erfahrung mit Virtual Desktop Infrastrukturen, insbesondere Microsoft RDS Farmen, Omnissa Workspace ONE und Omnia Horizon 8
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Virtualisierung, insbesondere VMware Cloud Foundation
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit Backup- und Disaster-Recovery-Lösungen (z. B. Veeam)
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MSSQL und IIS, insbesondere im Cluster- und Farmbetrieb
  • Erfahrung mit Monitoring-, Logging- und Visualisierungslösungen (z. B. Checkmk, Graylog, Grafana)
  • Kenntnisse in Automatisierung und Skripting, insbesondere mit PowerShell und Python
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerk und Storage (z. B. VMware NSX, NetApp Storage)
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie professionelle und klare Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
