  • Eigenständige Fehleranalyse und Störungsbeseitigung im Support
  • Windows Server Administration, AD-Richtlinien (Linux Erfahrung wünschenswert)
  • Erfahrung mit Exchange und SQL-Server
  • Veeam und Office 365 Kenntnisse
  • Kenntnisse aus dem Bereich Softwareverteilung /- Paketierung
  • Kenntnisse aus dem Bereich Virtualisierung
  • Erfahrung mit Authentifizierungssystemen (PKI; MFA etc)
  • Persönlicher, telefonischer und schriftlicher User-Support mittels Ticketsystem
  • Erstellung sowie Aktualisierung von IT-Dokumentationen und Anleitungen

## Dein Profil

Unsere Erwartungen

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d), ein Studium im Bereich IT oder gleichwertige, in der Praxis erworbene vertiefte Kenntnisse.
  • Optimalerweise hast Du erste Erfahrungen im IT-Support und im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du bist Teamplayer mit einer hohen Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung.
  • Du punktest mit der Fähigkeit, dich auf Menschen und ihre unterschiedlichen IT-Kenntnisse einzustellen und auch technische Themen verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Du kannst dich schnell auf neue Gegebenheiten einlassen, bleibst auch in stressigen Situationen ruhig und arbeitest strukturiert und geordnet
