## Dein Aufgabengebiet

Betreuung der IT-Infrastruktur unserer Kunden:

  • Installation, Wartung und Administration von Servern und Clients im Windows-Umfeld und der zugehörigen Netzwerke
  • Administration virtueller Serverumgebungen, basierend auf VMware oder Hyper-V
  • Betreuung von Backup-Systemen
  • Administration von Cloud-Services, insbesondere Microsoft 365, Exchange online
  • Installation und Konfiguration von Hard- und Software
  • Software gestützte Wartung und Überwachung der Kundensysteme
  • Telefonischer Support und Unterstützung per Fernwartung
  • Störungsbeseitigung im Bereich von Server- und Anwendungssoftware

## Dein Profil

Du hast einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Installation, Wartung und Entstörung von Server- und Client-Systemen und kennst Dich bestens mit den gängigen Microsoft-Betriebssystemen aus. Virtualisierung ist für Dich alltäglicher Standard. Die Cloud ist für Dich kein nebulöser Werbebegriff, sondern Du weißt, wie man sie sinnvoll in bestehende IT-Infrastrukturen integrieren kann.

Du bist darüber hinaus ein guter Troubleshooter, der aber auch seine Grenzen kennt und weiß, wann er einen Kollegen zu Hilfe holen sollte.

Neben der ganzen Technik bist Du kommunikativ und gehst gern mit Menschen um. Du bist ein Teamplayer, der aber ebenso gern eigenverantwortlich Dinge voranbringt.
