Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

  • Auswahl und Einführung einer digitalen Telefonanlage (VoIP/Cloud-PBX/On-Premise-PBX)
  • Betrieb und Überwachung der gesamten Kommunikationsinfrastruktur
  • Einführung neuer Kommunikationslösungen
  • Administration und Wartung bestehender Telefonie-Systeme
  • Fehleranalyse und Behebung von Störungen

Darüber freuen wir uns

  • Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare in der Praxis erworbene Qualifikationen
  • Kenntnisse in der Administration moderner VoIP-Anlagen
  • Fundiertes Wissen im Netzwerkbereich (Routing, Switching, VLAN, QoS, SIP-Protokolle)
  • Erfahrung mit Cloud-Telefonie
  • Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch (fließend) und Englisch (gut)
