Helio Strom und Gas ist ein dynamisches Energieunternehmen mit Fokus auf die Versorgung von Privat- und Geschäftskunden mit Strom und Gas. Zur Erweiterung unseres Team suchen wir motivierte Mitarbeiter, die mit Leidenschaft neue Kunden gewinnen und langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aufbauen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Sie verwalten und optimieren unsere IT-Infrastruktur, die Netzwerke und die Arbeitsplatz-Hardware (Windows/Mac).
Sie betreuen unsere Vertriebs- und Kundendatenbanken, stellen den reibungslosen Datenfluss sicher und richten Schnittstellen ein.
Sie sind der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Vertriebs- und Marketingteams bei technischen Fragen und IT-Problemen.
Sie setzen Datensicherungs- und Datenschutzrichtlinien (DSGVO) im Unternehmen konsequent um.
Sie unterstützen uns bei der Einführung neuer Softwarelösungen zur Automatisierung von Vertriebsprozessen.

Ihr Profil:

Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration)
Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen, Cloud-Infrastrukturen (z. B. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) und Datenbanken.
Erfahrung in der Betreuung von IT-Schnittstellen (APIs)
Eine selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und eine hohe Serviceorientierung.
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
