### Aufgaben der Stelle

  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen und sicheren IT-Betriebs im Werk Bremen
  • Administration und Wartung von Clients, Servern und Netzwerk
  • Beschaffung und Integration von IT-Hardware
  • Betreuung der Active Directory Umgebung
  • Betrieb der VMware-Infrastruktur
  • 1st/2nd Level Support sowie Schulung der Anwender
  • Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen (Updates, Patches, Backup)
  • Unterstützung produktionskritischer Systeme und Prozesse
  • Mitwirkung bei IT-Audits und Umsetzung zentraler Vorgaben

### Profil der Stelle

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich, z. B. Fachinformatiker, IT-Systemelektroniker, Informationselektroniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im relevanten Fachgebiet
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Windows Client- und Server-Systemen sowie Active Directory
  • Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien (idealerweise Cisco) und Virtualisierung (VMware)
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Microsoft 365 und Backup-Lösungen
  • Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Serviceorientierung
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
