IT Systemadministrator / IT Support Specialist (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Betreuung des internationalen IT-Helpdesks im First- und Second-Level-Support für Mitarbeitende an Standorten in Deutschland und weltweit
  • Bereitstellung, Administration und Lifecycle-Management von PCs, Notebooks, Tablets und Smartphones
  • Installation und Rollout von Windows-Clients mit Baramundi, Microsoft Intune und Windows Autopilot
  • Benutzer- und Berechtigungsmanagement in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID und Microsoft 365
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams aus Infrastruktur, Modern Workplace und IT-Security
  • Mitarbeit an globalen IT-Projekten sowie eigenständige Umsetzung von Teilprojekten
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung der IT-Landschaft und Services
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support, Helpdesk oder in der Systemadministration
  • Kenntnisse in Windows-Clients, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID und Microsoft 365
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot oder vergleichbaren Endpoint-Management-Lösungen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
