## Aufgaben

Wartung und Betreuung bestehender IT-Infrastrukturen unserer Kunden.
Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen im Rahmen des 2nd Level Service
Administration-, und Wartungsaufgaben von IT-Systemen beim Kunden
Mitarbeit im Managed Services Team
Installation und Migration von Microsoft Systemen
Implementierung von Virtualisierungslösungen zur Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur
Management von Unified Device Management unserer Kunden

## Qualifikation

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem IT-Beruf oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Informatik
Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Administration von Netzwerken und Infrastrukturlösungen
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Betriebsführung von Microsoft-Infrastrukturen und Veeam Backup-Lösungen
Zielorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Kommunikationstalent
Souveränes Auftreten
Motivation, sich in dieses Gebiet einzuarbeiten
