## Deine Aufgaben

  • Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert, verfügst über gute Kenntnisse im Client- und Serverumfeld auf Basis von Microsoft Betriebssystemen sowie im Bereich von IT Infrastrukturen & Netzwerken.
  • Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der täglichen Arbeit mit der IT. Sowohl in unserer Zentrale oder telefonisch und per Fernwartung vom Homeoffice.
  • Auch in fordernden Situation bleibst Du gelassen und trägst im Team zur Lösung mit bei.
  • Du arbeitest gerne flexibel und bist auch mal bereit am Wochenende die IT unserer Kunden zu warten.

## Was Du mitbringen solltest

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Technisches Verständnis und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Know-How im Microsoft Server- & Clientumfeld
  • Know-How in IT-Infrastrukturen & Netzwerke
  • Know-How in Virtualisierung (VMware HA/ MS Hyper-V)
  • Professionelles Auftreten & Kommunizieren, Teamfähigkeit
  • Flexibilität und Lösungsorientierung
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung
  • Führerschein Klasse B
