Aufgaben:

  • Wartung, Administration, Monitoring und Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur
  • Analyse, Klassifizierung und Behebung von Systemstörungen
  • Umsetzung und Unterstützung bei IT-Infrastrukturprojekten
  • Koordination und Steuerung externer IT-Dienstleister
  • Betreuung und Support der Mitarbeitenden über das Helpdesk-System
  • Betreuung der angebundenen Tankstellen (Remote)
  • Verantwortung für IT-Security (z. B. Firewalls, Netzwerksicherheit, Vorgaben aus der Regulierung des BSI KRITIS, NIS2)
  • Dokumentation der IT-Systeme und Abläufe

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare praktische Kenntnisse
  • Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld erforderlich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in LAN, WLAN, WAN, Routing, Firewalls, VPN
  • einschlägige IT-Zertifizierungen (z. B. Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL) wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit IT-Ticketsystemen und Dokumentationswerkzeugen
  • Know-how in Mobile Device Management und modernen Arbeitskonzepten (z. B. hybrides Arbeiten)
  • Fähigkeit, IT-Prozesse kontinuierlich zu optimieren und Digitalisierungsvorhaben zu begleiten
  • Erfahrung im Multi-Standort-Umfeld (z. B. Filialen, Tankstellen) von Vorteil
  • Sensibilität für IT-Sicherheit und Datenschutz (KRITIS)
