  • Aufgaben:
  • Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebs von IT-Systemen, Workplace Services und Collaboration-Plattformen
  • Administration von Microsoft 365, Atlassian und weiteren Collaboration-Tools
  • Betreuung von Clients, IT-Infrastruktur und Anwendersystemen
  • Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests im First- und Second-Level-Support
  • Durchführung von Onboarding-, Offboarding- und Berechtigungsprozessen
  • Unterstützung bei Automatisierungen und Workflows mit Microsoft Power Plattform und Nintex
  • Mitarbeit bei Updates, Changes, IT-Dokumentation sowie IT-Sicherheits- und Governance-Vorgaben
  • Profil:
  • Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Betrieb sowie im First- und Second-Level-Support, idealerweise mit ITIL Kenntnissen
  • Erfahrung im Umfeld von Clients, Servern, Virtualisierung und IT-Infrastruktur
  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Atlassian, Ticketsystemen sowie Collaboration-Tools
  • Kenntnisse in Automatisierungs- und Workflow-Lösungen, beispielsweise Microsoft Power Plattform oder Nintex
  • strukturierte, selbstständige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Lösungsorientierung
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
