  • Egal ob Windows oder Apple – du sorgst dafür, dass die Systemlandschaften unserer Kunden stabil und reibungslos laufen
  • Übernahme der Netzwerkadministration sowie Verantwortung dafür, dass unsere Betriebsdokumentationen jederzeit up-to-date sind
  • Du bist der Problemlöser im 1st- und 2nd Level Support: Bei Anfragen und Störungen bist du zur Stelle, analysierst die Ursache und findest die passende Lösung – unsere Anwender und Kunden zählen auf Dich
  • Was solltest Du mitbringen?
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) im Bereich Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Windows Clients und Microsoft Server-Umgebungen sind für dich keine Fremdwörter, sondern dein Spielfeld
  • Echte Freude am Kontakt mit Kunden und an der Erarbeitung kreativer ProblemlösungenGute Englischkenntnisse sowie einen Führerschein der Klasse B
