Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration, Informatiktechniker, IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich ist wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Installation, Konfiguration, Wartung und Fehlerbehebung von Windows-Betriebssystemen und Windows-Servern
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Sorgfalt, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und Motivation
  • Gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

Aufgaben

  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software
  • Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende sowie die Konzernzentrale bei sämtlichen IT-relevanten Fragestellungen
  • Unterstützung bei IT-Infrastrukturprojekten und Entwicklung digitaler Lösungen zur Optimierung bestehender Prozesse
