Unser Kunde ist ein renommiertes Unternehmen mit einer modernen IT-Landschaft und mehreren Standorten in Deutschland. Für den Standort Landsberg liegt der Schwerpunkt auf einem zuverlässigen Vor-Ort-Support, um stabile IT-Services und effiziente Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft sicherzustellen.

## Aufgabengebiet

  • Betreuung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei IT-Fragen direkt vor Ort (1st & 2nd Level Support=
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von IT-Endgeräten wie PCs, Notebooks, Druckern und mobilen Geräten
  • Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung an Hard- und Software sowie an Netzwerkschnittstellen
  • Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Zugriffsrechten und IT-Arbeitsplätzen über zentrale Systeme
  • Unterstützung bei IT-Rollouts, Standortwechseln und internen Projekten
  • Dokumentation von Vorgängen und Lösungen im Ticketsystem
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem zentralen IT-Service-Desk und weiteren Fachabteilungen

## Anforderungsprofil

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. als Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Durch Ihre praktische Erfahrung im IT-Support kennen Sie die Herausforderungen des Onsite-Einsatzes und gehen souverän sowie serviceorientiert damit um.
  • Sie haben fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen, Microsoft 365, Netzwerktechnologien sowie im Umgang mit gängiger Hardware.
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2 Niveau) und Englischkenntnisse
