IHR PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Gute Kenntnisse in aktuellen Microsoft Client und Server Betriebssystemen (Server 2019, Windows 10/11) sowie Microsoft 365
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Active Directory
  • Netzwerk Kenntnisse (WLAN, Routing, Firewall, VPN)
  • Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung
  • Hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung
  • Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch verhandlungssicher

IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Betreuung der Anwender bei Problemen und Fragen im IT-Umfeld
  • Installation, Administration und Monitoring der IT-Infrastruktur (Hard- und Software)
  • Dokumentation der IT-Infrastruktur
  • Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung der IT und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs
  • Administration der Telefonanlagen
  • Betreuung von Remote Standorten
  • Planen von Neuanschaffungen im IT-Umfeld
