## Einleitung

Die in 2. Generation familiengeführte RMA entwickelt und produziert Komponenten für die nationale und internationale Gasinfrastruktur. Neben Komponenten für Erdgas nimmt auch der Absatz von 100% wasserstofftauglichen Armaturen für das deutsche H2-Backbone-Netz zu. IT Systemadministrator (m/w/d)

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betrieb und Sicherstellung der Hochverfügbarkeit der Produktions-IT (OT), inkl. Fertigungssteuerungssysteme Betreuung der Hard- und Software in der Fertigung sowie der Maschinenschnittstellen
  • Umsetzung und Überwachung von Cyber-Security- und KRITIS-Schutzmaßnahmen (Firewalls, IDS/IPS)
  • Entwicklung, Betrieb und regelmäßige Tests von Backup- und Disaster-Recovery-Konzepten
  • Administration und Support zentraler Unternehmensapplikationen (z.B. Microsoft Office, ELO)
  • Netzwerk- und Systemadministration (LAN, WLAN, VPN) inkl. Segmentierung von Office-IT und OT
  • Mitarbeit an Digitalisierungsprojekten (z. B. KI, Cloud) sowie Anforderungs- und Beschaffungsmanagement
  • Benutzer-, Rechte- und Helpdesk-Management
  • Microsoft / Azure Active Directory
  • Telefonie (Cisco UCM)
  • Steuerung von Dienstleistern

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in System- und Netzwerkadministration, idealerweise im Industrie-/OT-Umfeld
  • Kenntnisse in IT-Security, Backup- und Hochverfügbarkeitslösungen
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Quereinsteiger willkommen
