Als Systemadministrator (m/w/d) sorgen Sie für eine sichere, stabile und effiziente IT-Infrastruktur – sowohl intern als auch für unsere Kunden. Sie analysieren Herausforderungen systematisch, finden nachhaltige Lösungen und unterstützen unsere Kunden sowie das Team mit technischem Know-how. Klare Prozesse, dokumentierte Abläufe und IT-Sicherheit sind für Sie selbstverständlich.

## Ihre Aufgaben - Technik & Support mit Struktur

  • Analyse und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur (Windows/Linux)
  • Verwaltung und Absicherung der Netzwerk- und Serverlandschaft
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung netzwerkbasierter Videoüberwachungssysteme und Sicherheitslösungen
  • Behebung technischer Probleme – intern und für Kunden
  • Unterstützung (unserer Kunden) bei IT- und Sicherheitsfragen
  • Dokumentation von Systemkonfigurationen, Prozessen und Änderungen

## Ihr Profil - Analytisch. Strukturiert. Lösungsorientiert

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z.B. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Sicherheits- oder Videotechnik
  • Genaue und methodische Arbeitsweise mit Fokus auf IT-Sicherheit
  • Erfahrung im IT-Support und im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen
  • Fähigkeit, technische Lösungen verständlich zu erklären
  • Analyse- und Problemlösungsfähigkeit sowie selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
