# Wie Sie uns überzeugen:

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung möglichst mit Berufserfahrung im Krankenhaussektor oder eine vergleichbare mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit Microsoft-Server und Client Betriebssystemen
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Terminalserver (Citrix), Virtualisierung (VMware), SAN (DataCore), LAN/WAN sowie Routing, Switching, Firewalling und VPN
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ein sicheres, freundliches und verbindliches Auftreten
  • Teamfähigkeit, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

# Ihr Beitrag:

  • Analyse, Klassifizierung und Priorisierung eingehender Vorfälle im Rahmen des 1st Level und 2nd Level Supports
  • Administration, Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von Client- und Serversystemen in einer Microsoft Domänenumgebung
  • Administration von Windows-Server-Anwendungen (z.B. Active Directory, Exchange, DHCP, DNS, SCCM)
  • Administration der Netzwerkinfrastruktur (Access Point, Switches, Router, Firewall)
  • Anwender-Support bei Hard- und Softwaretechnischen Problemen
  • Administration der Datensicherung /-wiederherstellung
  • Administration, Benutzerverwaltung und Updatemanagement der eingesetzten Softwareprodukte (Standardsoftware, Branchensoftware)
