  • Erfahrung in der IT Kundenbetreuung
  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und Weiterqualifikationen
  • Sympathisches, gewinnendes Auftreten
  • Zielstrebigkeit und analytisches Denken
  • Bereitschaft zum ggf. notwendigen Wochenenddienst
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern in vernetzten IT-Systemen, sowie die Entwicklung vorbeugender Maßnahmen
  • Einrichtung von lokalen Netzwerken für kleine und mittlere IT-Umgebungen
  • Konzeption, Installation und Administration von Microsoft-Windows-Server- (2008/2012/2016) und DATEV-Infrastrukturen in RZ-Umgebungen und an Kundenstandorten
  • Einbindung von Peripheriegeräten in Server- und Clientsysteme
  • Verwaltung von Benutzern, Gruppen und Berechtigungen in Active-Directory- und DATEV-Infrastrukturen
  • Erstellung vollständiger und nachvollziehbarer Dokumentationen
