Ihre täglichen Aufgaben:

  • Administration, Second- und 2-Level-Support
  • Pflege und Dokumentation der IT- Infrastrukturen (MS Server ab 2016, Active Directory, Netzwerkfreigabe, Routing, Linux, Firewalls, VPN, DHCP,DNS, VLAN, GPO, Softwarepaketierung)
  • Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung einheitlicher IT- Konzepte und Richtlinien
  • Administration der Clients auf Terminalserver- Basis, Durchführung von Rollouts

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung
  • Technische Aus- oder Weiterbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im IT- Support
  • Methodenkenntnisse und Erfahrungen (Ticketsysteme )
  • Sprachkenntnisse: C2 (mind. C1)
  • Präzision und Sorgfalt
  • hohes Maß an Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Kenntnisse in der Betreuung von TK- Anlagen
