  • Betreuen des Grünbeck Servicedesks sowie des First-Level Supports inklusive Anwenderbetreuung und Ticketbearbeitung
  • Verwalten von Usern, Gruppen und Berechtigungen (z. B. Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID und Rechteverwaltung)
  • Administrieren und Weiterentwickeln der Servicedesk-Anwendung sowie des Ticket-Managements
  • Installieren, Konfigurieren und Warten von IT-Hardware, Client-Systemen sowie Standardsoftware
  • Mitarbeiten bei der Weiterentwicklung der IT-Service-Prozesse und ITIL-orientierten Abläufen
  • Unterstützen im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur

### Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare IT-Qualifikation
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft-Betriebssystemen
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange und Microsoft 365
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerk
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office sowie gängigen Windows-Anwendungen
  • Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung, Teamfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
