Deine Aufgaben

Betreuung und Support unserer Kunden – freundlich, geduldig und ohne Fachchinesisch

Arbeiten mit Virtualisierungstechnologien (Proxmox oder VMware wünschenswert)

Pflege und Ausbau von Netzwerk- und Server-Infrastrukturen

Mitarbeit an spannenden Projekten – von Migrationen bis zu Neuaufbauten

Fehleranalyse, Problemlösung und „Heldentaten“ im IT-Alltag

Das bringst du mit

Erfahrung in Virtualisierung (Proxmox oder VMware ideal, aber kein Muss)

Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerken und Server-Systemen

Freude am Kundenkontakt und keine Scheu vor Menschen

Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Motivation, Neues auszuprobieren und Wege zu gehen, die andere nicht sehen

Eine Portion Abenteuerlust – oder wie wir es nennen: Pioniergeist
