💼 Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung fester Wartungskunden (du bist Ansprechpartner)
  • Einrichtung & Verwaltung von Microsoft 365 inkl. Sharepoint 
  • Administration von Active Directory & Domänenumgebungen
  • Firewall-Konfiguration
  • Einrichtung & Betreuung von VPN-Lösungen
  • Remote-Support & Fernwartung
  • Serveradministration (Windows Server, Hyper-V, Backup)
  • Installation & Konfiguration von Clients
  • Monitoring & proaktive Wartung
  • Dokumentation von Kundenumgebungen
  • Gelegentliche Vor-Ort-Termine (Firmenwagen gestellt)

  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365
  • Erfahrung mit Firewalls & Netzwerken
