  • Unterstützung der Anwender im 1st-Level-Support bei IT-relevanten Fragestellungen und technischen Problemen
  • Betreuung, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der Netzwerk- und Systeminfrastruktur
  • Administration von Windows-Client- und Serverumgebungen
  • Verwaltung und Optimierung der Microsoft-365-Plattform
  • Betreuung und Unterstützung von Cloud-Lösungen wie Azure, AWS oder vergleichbaren Diensten

### Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Administration von Windows-Server- und Client-Systemen
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerkadministration und IT-Infrastruktur
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Microsoft 365, Azure oder vergleichbaren Cloud-Plattformen
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse in der Skripterstellung, beispielsweise mit PowerShell
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
