Wir suchen Dich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Verstärkung unseres Teams in Rostock als IT-Systemadministrator (w/m/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit

### DEINE MISSION

  • Du bist für die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Netzwerk- und Serverlandschaften verantwortlich
  • Du stellst den stabilen Betrieb durch Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung unserer IT-Systeme sicher
  • Du agierst als Ansprechpartner für unsere Kollegen bei technischen Fragestellungen im 1st- und 2nd-Level Support
  • Du analysierst Störungen und Probleme, bearbeitest Anfragen und suchst Lösungen für dein reibungslosen Betrieb (remote und vor Ort)
  • Du wirkst an internen Digitalisierungsprojekten mit und kannst eigene Ideen miteinbringen
  • Du schulst unsere Mitarbeiter im Umgang mit neu eingeführten Systemen und auch unsere neuen Kollegen

### DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich beispielsweise als Fachinformatiker, IT- Systemelektroniker oder kannst einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Berufsfeld vorweisen
  • Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Windows Systemadministration und bringst Erfahrung mit Netzwerktechnologien wie VLAN, LACP, SNMP oder IPSec mit
  • Du kennst Dich mit gängigen Programmiersprachen aus (z. B. PowerShell, Python, Bash, C#, VB.NET)
  • Idealerweise hast Du erste Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung (z. B. VMware, KVM, Docker)
  • Du hast Interesse an Automatisierung und Digitalisierung – z. B. BACnet oder Modbus
